Our most comprehensive audit. Our base report includes social media, digital listings, website, and beyond. We help you identify what you’re currently doing well and where you can improve. We will deliver a full report and make recommendations for future steps.

Chances are, if you’ve been in business for a while, you’ve pretty much tried it all with your marketing. Maybe you’ve gone through a rebrand or two. A few websites. And if you’ve had an agency handling things (or maybe an internal employee), you may not know what you don’t know.

Our Brand Audit 360 digs deep and provides a comprehensive assessment of your website, social media, digital listings (like Google and Yelp), and your overall branding. We get it - branding is an investment, and you probably paid a lot of money for your logo and website. And the last thing a business owner wants to hear is that it could use some improvement in a few areas. But those are the things you need to know.

Chances are, we won’t recommend an entirely new logo or website. Businesses can rebrand too soon or too much, which causes its own unique problems and potentially an identity crisis for your business. But we will likely recommend a few edits here and there.

What’s included in our base Brand Audit 360:

Social Media Profile Optimization: We’ll suggest any changes to your profile name, rewrite your bio to include critical industry-specific keywords and geographic info, correct your business category, suggest a URL and/or call-to-action, and send our suggested changes. If you can provide a vector file of your official logo, we’ll even give your profile picture a makeover.

Social Media Content: We’ll go back at least one year and take notes on your social media strategy. Then, we’ll make recommendations for future campaigns (such as storytelling, customer education, or seasonal campaigns) and posting cadence. We’ll also throw in some Highlight buttons for your Instagram account.

Digital Listings: We’ll find you on major review sites and note any inconsistencies with things like your logo, business hours, and contact information. We’ll also let you know if your listings exist but haven’t been claimed, meaning you don’t currently own them.

Website Audit: We’ll look at your existing website, page by page, and make recommendations to the overall structure, additions or removals, copy, videos and images, and overall quality.

Brand Audit 360 Report: Finally, we’ll compile everything into a simple PDF and email it to you (with Highlight buttons attached).
